Directions:
From Denver:
Take I-70 west to the Silverthorne/Dillon exit. Exit to the right\r\n(north) onto Hwy 9. It is 40 miles to Kremmling. In Kremmling, at the stop light turn left onto Hwy 40. Turn right on 3rd street and go 2 blocks and then you will enter the gravel driveway into the cabins.
From Steamboat Springs:
Take Hwy 40 south approximately 56 miles into Kremmling. Turn left on 3rd street and go 2 blocks and then you will enter the gravel driveway into the cabins.
From I-70 West (Glenwood Springs):
Take I-70 east. At Wolcott, go North on Hwy 131 to State Bridge. If you don’t mind a little gravel (sometimes rough, sometimes not), take The Trough Road (27 miles)as a shortcut to Kremmling. At the end of the Trough Road you will come to Hwy 9. Turn left and go into Kremmling. At the stop light turn left onto Hwy 40. Turn right on 3rd street and go 2 blocks and then you will enter the gravel driveway into the cabins.
Pets are welcome!
However, there is a $25 fee for a one night stay, or $15/night for more than one night. This covers up to 2 pets.
No more than 2 pets are allowed.
There will be an extra charge for any extensive cleaning or damage. If we find there was a pet in a cabin that is not a pet-friendly cabin or when there was no fee paid for a pet, a charge up to $300 will be accessed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a $25 fee to cancel at any time. If you cancel 2 weeks or less, we will charge you for a one night stay. If you cancel 2 days or less, we will charge you the entire stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY for LARGE GROUPS:
There will be at least a 30% down payment made at time of reservation. If you were to cancel for any reason, the down payment will be forfeited. The normal cancellation policy still applies to the remaining cabins that the down payment was not applied to.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If you fail to show up for your reservation, you will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
